At Trinity Heart and Vascular Group, we provide cardiovascular evaluations for new and established patients in both of our locations — Greeneville, TN and Johnson City, TN.

We offer transparent pricing, which is listed below, and you do not need a referral to schedule an initial evaluation or routine follow-up. Please click on any evaluation type below to see the correlating description.

If you’re interested in additional cardiovascular services, please visit our cardiac testing page.

This evaluation is a comprehensive cardiac exam and review of cardiac health history.

If you have not previously been seen by any of our providers (Dr. O’Roark and/or Mr. Hensley), and you want to become a new patient, an ‘initial’ evaluation is necessary.

If you are an established patient, but your most recent appointment was six months ago or longer, an ‘initial’ evaluation is necessary.

This evaluation is for patients who have previously been seen in the office — by Mr. Hensley and/or Dr. O’Roark — within the last six months.
